I'm not really good at writing or expressing emotions, but Pistolero Cornbread will be missed deeply. He was one Hell of a Brother!! I've seen him work his ass off even when he was sick, burned, cut, etc. and never complain. He could work harder and longer than some a third of his age. Miss Kitty, you know you can call on us at any time - we're here for you. Cornbread / Jimmy, Ride on and we'll ride with you again one day Brother.

There are simply no words to express the depth of the loss that the Pistoleros and all the RED and GOLD family have suffered with the passing of PISTOLERO CORNBREAD.He was most definately a MAN among men who gave freely of himself to any and all who passed his way.Never stopping or slowing down for a minute when there was a job to be done.Anyone who ever helped out around the mess tent where CORNBREAD was in charge knew to keep up or get the hell outa the way!He truly was,and is,one of a kind.And I for one am proud to have called him my friend and my brother.Always.....And for PPOL Miss Kitty,no one understands this loss more than you,just know that you have family here to help you through this hard time.Both myself and Tiphani will be here when you need us..........Love,Loyalty,and Respects, Pistolero Marc

This is really hard for me to write. I will truly miss Pistolero Cornbread. He worked so hard at events to make sure we were all fed and taken care of. There were times at events late at night when someone was hungry and he would go out of his way to fix a sandwich or something for them (I was one of them). PPOL Miss Kitty, if you ever need anything we are all here for you - don't hesitate to let us know.

It's A "VERY SAD DAY for the RED AND GOLD FAMILY," PISTOLERO Cornbread Dothan Al. chapter passed away last night, this was one hell of a BROTHER, there was'nt anything this man would'nt do for his BROTHERS and the entire RED AND GOLD NATION.... He had NO problem at 62 years of age, to work as hard or harder than sum 18 year olds, and stay up long hours to assure the family was taken care of on runs, to the Dothan Chapter, my heart is hurting with you all. It is with great sadness that I post this, The Montgomery Red and Gold family has lost a Brother, Pistolero Cornbread passed away last night. For those of you who knew him, I need not say more. He was always there when someone needed him, would cook and serve the Red and Gold until he could go no more, and then get and go some more. He and Ms Kitty fed us many events, worked from sun rise to sun set and asked nothing in return. He just got his Full Patch at Gulfport something he really worked for, and wore proudly. Personally, my heart is heavy, Jimmy always sought me out to give respects and get a hug. I will miss him. As for Ms Kitty, somehow you managed to fall right into this world, I know how you cared for him and I grieve for you as well. Know that we are there for you and if you need anything, Please let me know. July 3, 2005 Pistolero Cornbread, We love you. will miss you, will honour you. Ride free, let your spirit Soar with those who have gone before you. Love and Respect.

The food was great, thanks to all who helped to prepare that feast. Getting my Prospect Patch from the Bond Slaves was very special to me. To have gotten' it amoung those that know and understand the true meaning of BROTHERHOOD made it even more special.
