I would like to say to everyone involved in and or affected by the tragic accident that took Pistolero Yankee from us and caused SERIOUS physical injury's to Pistoleros Frisco and Big T plus the emotional scars to countless others no matter how small or major. this guilty verdict that we have all waited for is in one way a very small victory and then again a very big one. no matter what this is something that we all went through together one way or another. I just wanted to say that I am ecstatic about the GUILTY verdict rendered this evening in the trial involving the accident where Pistolero Yankee was killed 11 months ago. It was a very emotional and long two days for the ones that attended, but the outcome was what we were all hoping for. It's still a long way from being over - with the sentencing and probable appeal, but we will be there to support Danielle, Keith, Debra, Alicia and all his family in whatever way we can. We are here for you if you need us.

The driver of the cage that killed Pistolero Yankee, Montgomery AL, Chapter, Jan 8, of this year, was today convicted, in State Court, of Homicide by Vehicle/Vehicular Homicide.
I want to thank all the Brothers who attended his funeral and benefits for his family. Thanks to Brothers who were patient with me, while I learned to walk, speak, and ride again. There is no fate, but what we make. Our Red & Gold World, is a world, this Pistolero will always be proud, to be a part of.
